Denise Hurdle Photography is moving to Texas
Heartbroken but Excited
My husband and I have made the most difficult decision in our 38 years of marriage – we are moving to Texas. Our house hit the market this weekend, and we are off to find a new place to call home – for us and DHP. I can’t begin to explain how bittersweet this move is. We are excited about the future because we will not be going alone. Our son and his fiancé have already moved to Austin. My daughter who is expecting in July and also will have Cody with her will be moving to the Waco area in April. My parents and sister will be moving soon also. We are heartbroken at what we will be leaving behind but excited for this new adventure.
Moving to Central Texas
10 years ago, I started this business as a little dream, having no idea what was to come. I’ve photographed hundreds of newborns, babies, bellies, and families over the years. I’m so grateful for every client, many of you have become treasured friends. It’s hard to imagine starting over, but I hope I can rebuild, taking everything I’ve learned here with me.
For any clients that need referrals, please reach out and I’ll give you a few names. You can use the contact form here and I’ll send you some names. I am so sad to lose the opportunity to photograph your sweet little ones and watch your families grow. There aren’t enough words to express everything I’m feeling, but know that I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity I’ve had to photograph your beautiful families.
We will be making the move mid to end of April it looks like and land someplace between Austin and Waco. I plan to come back to the OC for family sessions twice a year and I’m always just a flight away if you need photos! I’ll keep you all (I guess now it’s y’all) posted when I’m planning to come out!
Our meeting is not by chance – All my love and thanks!
