Fall Family Mini Session
Fall Family Sessions are here!
I met this mommy and her little guy this summer. I occasionally do commercial shoots for Pneo the company that distributes the Baby Shushers I use in newborn sessions. We were shooting a product called Dream Catcher, which inflates and goes around the crib to giving those climbing babies a softer landing if they fall out! This little guy rocked that shoot and hammed it up for me!
I was super excited to see them again for their family session this week – What a cute family! I had so much fun with them and always love this location and the diversity of the different areas steps away from each other. We started with little Weston and he was quite the little model, he nailed it! We moved on to some family shots – he wasn’t quite as into that! Weston was teething and really just wanted mom, so we worked really hard for the dad images!! I always like to make sure families have great shots with their kiddos alone as well as with the family. Dad was such a great sport but every time we tried for the daddy shot Weston would cry. I kept shooting knowing sometimes a laugh and cry look pretty close and you would never know he was crying in the image of dad holding him up – You can’t even tell, can you?! We tried so many different things to work with this little guy and came up with so many images I love! It’s going to be hard to narrow them down!
