Family Newborn Session

This week I was honored to photograph this Family Newborn Session!  This family has had a very exciting few months!  First, they moved from the east coast to the west coast.  Then, this little beauty decided she needed to see their new home 8 weeks earlier than her due date!  She spent 25 days in the NICU and is home and perfect!

As many of you know I have a heart for premies.  I’ve had several friends with babies in the NICU and watching those babies fight and mom and dad exhausted from everything that comes along with a newborn plus the stress of baby coming too early.  One way I try to give back is by volunteering for The Tiny Footprints Project.  We go into the NICU and photograph a small moment of their stay.  This is such a great service and gives these families memories of their stay.
