Four-month old photos!

This sweet girl came to see me for her Four-Month old photos! This is a perfect age because most babies are pushing up at this point and have the best facial expressions!

Most 4-month olds that come in haven’t quite reached the stranger danger point. But this little lady apparently just hit that stage with me! She was so darn cute but every time she looked at me she cried…break my heart! I love babies and usually can win even the toughest ones over by mid-session. “Good luck lady” – “Who in the world are you and why are you holding the big black thing in front of your face!” I think that’s what she was thinking the whole time! haha! I’m so glad we were able to capture some cute photos for mom between the crying.

Side Note…Stranger Anxiety

**Stranger Anxiety usually starts around 6-9 months old in babies and peaks about 12 months. Which is perfect timing for the cake smash! NOT! haha! Many Cake Smash sessions the baby is very timid and not sure of me or my camera. It takes a bit of play before the session to warm them up and get them comfortable with me. It’s much harder with the younger ones that aren’t developmentally able to process the what’s happening!

Cooper the Lab!

This baby girl brought her best buddy in to pose with her! Her big brother Cooper was just the funniest thing ever! So well behaved but wanted to be in the middle of the action and drug the loveseat with him to make sure he didn’t miss anything! LOL! I’m sure he was making his mom crazy and maybe even embarrassed but he was SO funny! I had posing pillows up for the baby – Cooper took them! He took the stuffed bunny and anything else we put down. He just needed to have everything for himself and where he wanted it to go! He is a beautiful boy and did so well for his part of the session.

I had to add a sad face just so you would believe me this smiley girl cried! But she has the cutest sad face and could stick that bottom lip out so far! Enjoy this little sneak peak!
